What We Collect

• Account info — Email address and display name (for authentication).
• Usage analytics — AI model used, tool names, token counts, and timestamps.
• Error logs — Error type and message, browser info. No conversation content is included.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Your conversations, messages, or prompts are never stored on our servers.
• Files you upload are never stored — they are processed in-memory and discarded.

Local Data Storage

Turki AI uses your browser's IndexedDB and localStorage to store chat history, settings, API keys, and files entirely on your device. We do not have access to this data. Data retention is under your full control — you can clear it at any time from your browser settings or from within the app.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

All API keys are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and never saved on our servers. You are responsible for your own API key usage and any costs incurred with AI providers.

• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) — Your API key and conversations are sent directly from your browser to the AI provider. Our servers never see your AI keys or messages.
• Integrations (iLovePDF, Gamma, GitHub, etc.) — Due to browser security restrictions (CORS), requests are forwarded through our proxy servers. Your integration keys pass through the proxy but are never logged or stored — forwarded in real-time and discarded.

Connected Apps (OAuth Integrations)

Pro subscribers can connect third-party apps (Gmail, GitHub, Figma, etc.) via OAuth. When you click "Connect", you authorize the app directly on the provider's website. OAuth tokens are securely stored and associated with your user ID. We do not store OAuth tokens on our own servers. You can disconnect any app at any time from Settings.

Third-Party Sub-Processors

• Anthropic / OpenAI — Direct browser-to-provider. Subject to their privacy policies.
• Supabase — Authentication and anonymous usage analytics. Data stored in Supabase's cloud infrastructure.
• Cloudflare Workers — Forward integration requests and file uploads. No data is stored.
• OAuth Broker — Manages OAuth tokens for connected apps on a per-user basis.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery (e.g., invite codes). Only email address and name are shared.
• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy. We do not store your card details.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• GDPR (EU/EEA) — Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
• CCPA (California) — Right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
• PDPL (Saudi Arabia) — Right to access, correct, and request destruction of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.

Demo Mode

Turki AI offers a read-only demo mode for previewing the application. Demo sessions use simulated conversations and sample data only — no real user data is displayed. No personal data is collected, stored, or processed during a demo session beyond basic analytics (browser type and timestamp). Demo sessions cannot send messages, make API calls, or modify any data.

File Upload Limits

You may attach up to 10 files per message, with a combined maximum size of 100 MB. Files are processed in-browser or via third-party APIs and are never stored on our servers.

Acceptance

By using Turki AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Turki AI is a browser-based AI assistant that connects to third-party AI models using your own API keys, and provides seamless integrations with 20+ apps via OAuth. Access is by invitation only.

Connected Apps (OAuth Integrations)

Pro subscribers can connect third-party apps (Gmail, GitHub, Figma, Slack, etc.) to Turki AI via OAuth. When you connect an app, you grant Turki AI permission to perform actions on your behalf through that app's API. OAuth tokens are managed securely by our integration infrastructure. You can disconnect any app at any time. We are not responsible for actions performed by the AI through connected apps — always review before confirming.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Turki AI operates on a Bring Your Own Key model. You are solely responsible for your own API key usage, associated costs, and compliance with each provider's terms of service. Turki AI does not store, manage, or have access to your API keys beyond your local browser session.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own API keys and any costs from AI providers.
• You must not share your invite code or account credentials.
• You must not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the application.
• You must not use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to: harassment, fraud, malware, or violation of intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

The Turki AI software is proprietary. All rights reserved. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited. Your data — including chats, files, and API keys — belongs to you and is stored locally on your device.

Third-Party Trademarks

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. GPT-4o and DALL-E are trademarks of OpenAI, Inc. Gemini is a trademark of Google LLC. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. Turki AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

Service Availability

Turki AI is provided without any uptime guarantee or service level agreement (SLA). The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI output, API costs, data loss, or third-party outages.

Paid Subscriptions

• Billing — Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($12/month) or annually ($99/year) via Stripe. All prices are in USD.
• BYOK costs — Your API key usage with AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) is separate from your Turki AI subscription. You are responsible for those costs.
• Cancellation — You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
• Refund policy — First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment by contacting admin@turkiai.net.
• Price changes — We will provide at least 30 days notice before changing subscription prices. Existing subscribers keep their current price until renewal.
• Payment processing — Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
• Free tier — Free tier features and limits may change at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.

Demo Mode

The read-only demo mode displays simulated conversations and sample data for product preview purposes only. No real user data is shown. Demo users cannot send messages, make API calls, connect apps, or persist any data. By using the demo, you agree to these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
